Notice of Financial Incentives

Mallris provides special offers and benefits to customers who participate in our VIP Rewards Program (“VIP Program”) or provide us their contact information such as email address or phone number (“Communications Program”). These programs qualify as permissible financial incentives under applicable privacy laws.

Customers who participate in the VIP Program earn rewards points and may receive additional benefits. Our website includes additional details about current program benefits and applicable terms. You may sign up for the VIP Program on our website, through our mobile app, or in a Mallris store. You may opt out of the VIP Program by contacting Customer Service at 1.866.379.7463 or customerservice@mallris.com. Residents of certain states may also submit a deletion request as further described below.

We may collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with the VIP Program. We do not sell personal information in connection with the VIP Program beyond the general scenarios described herein. We may use the following categories of personal information for targeted advertising: Identifiers, Internet or network activity information, Commercial information, and personal information as described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e).

You may provide, but we do not require, sensitive personal information in connection with the VIP Program (e.g., medical or health information, or information revealing sexual orientation). If you choose to provide this information, we may use it only for the purposes described above.

If you are a resident of a state that provides privacy rights and you request that we delete your personal information, we will no longer be able to provide the VIP Program because we cannot (1) communicate with you once we delete your contact information, (2) track your purchases to allocate rewards, and/or (3) determine your eligibility for certain benefits.

Customers who participate in the Communications Program receive the stated benefit (typically a promotional discount) in exchange for providing contact information for marketing purposes. The value of this benefit varies depending on the promotion and purchase amount. You may opt out of marketing communications (and the Communications Program) by following the unsubscribe instructions in each communication.

Although we do not directly tie program benefits to the monetary value of customer information, the aggregate benefits are reasonably related to its value based on:

  • Tangible benefits (discounts, rewards points, free shipping)

  • Intangible benefits (timely updates on promotions and new products)

  • Program value (participants typically spend more than non-participants)

  • Our program administration costs
