CAR MUST HAVE FACTORY WIRED CARPLAY. WILL NOT WORK FOR ANDROID AUTO OR CARS ALREADY WITH WIRELESS CARPLAY. Uses Wifi Direct, will not allow you to use built in car wi-fi hotspot/connection at the same time! When the adapter connects to your phone to provide wireless CarPlay, it disconnects from the car's wi-fi connection. Please message us if you do not see your car model listed in the pictures. Supports new iOS 15 and older iPhones all the way to 10.

To connect: Insert dongle, allow a minute for setup. It will open on car screen. Press CarPlay icon. On phone, enable CarPlay & Siri Voice. In Bluetooth, select your device, will start with “Smart”. Pair. CarPlay will open. For screen mirror, on phone, turn on hotspot. Head to CarPlay home screen. Press settings & wlan, find phone’s hotspot name, enter password. Go to CarPlay home screen, press PhoneCast, select your option. On phone, press screen mirror & select your smart device again.
